All House of Bloom & Thread prints are original designs created by us.
Apparel: Orders typically arrive within 9–11 business days within the United States.
Bags: Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for production and delivery.
You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships. Bag tracking may show limited updates while your package is in international transit. This is normal, and tracking typically updates again as your order gets closer to final delivery.
If your order includes both apparel and a bag, your items will ship separately and may arrive at different times.

Yes. Each item is created after your order is placed. This allows us to produce intentionally and reduce excess inventory.
Apparel: Machine wash cold with like colors and tumble dry low. Avoid bleach and high heat to help preserve the color, print, and fabric.
Bags: Spot clean as needed with a soft cloth, mild soap, and water. Avoid harsh cleaners or abrasive materials. Allow to air dry completely before use or storage.
Store bags in a dry place away from prolonged direct sunlight. Do not dry clean.
